Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Engagements for paid work are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Use of this site
You may browse and share this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, access areas you have not been granted access to, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful material.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, copy, imagery and code on this site belong to CONTENTWIST or are used with permission. Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective client and is displayed with their permission.
Ownership of work produced under an engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement, and typically transfers on final payment.
Enquiries and proposals
Anything submitted through the enquiry form is treated as confidential. Estimates and proposals are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and are not binding until both parties sign an agreement.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CONTENTWIST is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party links
Where this site links elsewhere, those destinations are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CONTENTWIST is established. Placeholder — confirm the governing jurisdiction before publishing.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date reflects when it last changed.
